How to crop the image shown on laptop,PC screen





  • If you want to take screenshot of image shown on your laptop screen but as you take it screenshot and save it then full image seen with your task bar. But if you want to take small portion of screenshot on your screen then you can use the snipping tool which by default present in Windows operating system. No need to download external software for crop the image you can use this tool also.
  • For crop like feature you can use MS Paint which also present in Windows by default but By the help of snipping tool you can screenshot the screen as much want you need. For example you open Wikipedia and you want that information directly as image so you can use this tools and cover the area which you want to crop.


1. As an example I open already my website and if I want to crop small portion of website then follow the steps


2. Then go to search menu which seen on the task bar ,then type here "Snipping Tool" and open it



3. Now choose New file on that box

4. Now the screen look blur and by the help of mouse cover the area which you want to take crop and save.


6. After you cover automatically a new dialog box appear


7. Now save that file
